Look of the Day — High five if your 2013 was one for the books and another high five if you want 2014 to be the bomb! Assuming everyone is back to work or was just about to, I wish you have enjoyed your holiday break as much as I did with mine. Now we’re back to regular programming… Woot woot!
I could do this mini happy dance because the year started out great for me sans mood swings and ’emote’ moments. Aside from that, I’d want to practice that ‘smile for the camera’ thing. I lived up the adjective wicked too much that it almost always ends up with that blank stare. Admittedly, I have shallow goals but I’m keeping the serious ones for myself. Safe to say, I’ll be turning a year wiser next month. It’s the next best thing following new year and it’s really something I look forward to. Birthdays are special for me. Teehee! ;-)Â
one for the books:Â something unusual or unexpected
Every new year I’m reminded how important time is. Someone taught me a trick of staring at my watch or just count and suddenly time doesn’t fly so fast. Like grains of sand slipping through your hands, you can’t do anything about it but simply let it be. I can’t just look at my watch forever, so I’ll find ways to make time worth my while.
Like a book, we are now progressing towards another chapter. Cheers!
That being said, I feel like sharing with you this book clutch from OASAP because I’m literal like that!
In other news, I got extra lucky to be chosen as one of the Memorata leading ladies. You might have heard about the brand during the heyday of the soap Ina, Kapatid, Anak. I’ve watched the series (though not religiously) before because a blogger friend of mine was Margaux’s stylist.
They sent me these pair just in time for Christmas. Love it! Hope you could check more about Memorata by CLN.
