Skeletons in My Closet
Skeleton print cut-out cropped top and studded highwaist denim shorts, Topshop. Chain necklace and bracelet, Forever 21. White cuff, Dimmy’s. Sunglasses, Mango. Studded bag, OASAP.
Look of the Day — Hello gunmetal, silver, and studs! 😈
I am experimenting with my summery pieces by making it look fall-inspired. How? By simply adding tights! These shorts are too short to not wear anything like a pair of cycling shorts or in my case, hosiery.
I got both top and bottom during Topshop’s mid-season sale. Played with studs and silver + gunmetal pieces as well just to keep things interesting. Honestly, I’m so fond of all kinds of sale that I would literally bug anyone to help me get the stuff that I want. I’m annoying like that! 🙄
Looks aside, don’t we all have skeletons in our closet? We all have our issues, a dark side. We’re lucky if someone sees past our imperfections and still sees the substance amidst the flaws. Keep it real, that’s what they all say. Well, same goes for me. I blog because I want to and I love to. It is a quip where I could just pour my thoughts to the brim. Before this, I’d spend pages of notebooks writing everything backwards so people won’t be able to read them but me. Perks of being a lefty! In lieu with the digital age, I have moved over to the blogosphere. When I set this page up, it was as random as heck. I would delve into my interests in photography (when the camera I named Krappy was keeping me company), talk incessantly about the erratic weather, or maybe into a more opinionated stuff like religion and politics. It just so happened that the blog I’m running was also public. It is not easy to share your thoughts in cyberspace. I have always said that it takes a ginormous amount of responsibility with every word you write. Expect people to scrutinize it and even shred your sentences to pieces. However, I’m only responsible to what I say. I’m cutting this post short, I’m running out of words already.
