So many people are booking vacations to Tuscany. It has become a red-hot tourist destination. Italy isn’t exactly local, so what does it have that makes it worth the long flight? There is actually far more to this little country than you would think and Tuscany quite rightly deserves its place as one of the best vacation destinations in the world. Here’s why:

Italy is in one of the best spots in Europe for easy access to lots of other great countries and cities. The travel links are great, and travelers love being able to move around on a single train ticket. Italy is also the home of art, the Renaissance, music, literature, and the Roman Empire. Because of its central position, each of these was able to spread quickly through to the rest of Europe.

Tuscany is one of the best Italian regions because there is coast and there is beautiful countryside to explore. No matter what you might be looking for in a vacation, Tuscany has it. Pisa, famed for its leaning tower, and Florence, the home of renowned Renaissance art collections are situated in this region too.
